Conflict -
In the play Antigone two main types of conflict occur, internal and external.
An internal conflict occurs when the servant sees the corpse sprinkled with dust. He must decide whether or not to tell the king. If he does decide to tell the king he runs the risk of being accused of the crime.
There is one main type of external conflict present in the play. This type of conflict is person vs. person. An example of this is when Creon and Haimon quarrel over Antigone's deed. ....
