Unlike in the previous scenes, Juliet is not involved in the dramatic irony in scene i of Act III. In this scene Tybalt derides Romeo, but he doesn’t know of Romeo’s marriage to his cousin. The irony of this scene is because the audience knows about the marriage, but Tybalt doesn’t.
